Wayne's passion for coaching and teaching fitness is obvious the moment you walk into the studio. As a fitness coach, Wayne believes it is his duty and responsibility to empower the community with safe, outcome-based personal training through proper coaching and education.

Wayne makes working out fun again! There is variety in the classes offered and also within the day to day of each class. His love for fitness shows in his training and care for each of his clients. He caters to each person’s fitness journey and adapts the workouts to fit personal needs. The small class size allows for one-on-one attention while still having your workout family to motivate you. Recommend for anyone at any point in their fitness journey!

Consider this class your onboarding. From pushups to deadlifting, you'll learn the basic fundamental training techniques to ensure your safety and success in any of our small group or 1:1 training sessions.

STRENGTH & FUNCTIONAL

Looking to get stronger, build lean muscle, increase metabolism, and decrease body fat. We can help solve your problem. Our fitness coaches will teach you the proper lifting technique to keep you pain and injury free.

BOXING & CONDITIONING

Learn the basic fundamental techniques of boxing while increasing your metabolism up to 48 hours, strengthening your core, burning a ton of calories and having fun. This class focuses on foot work, combos, drills and defense.

STICK MOBILITY TRAINING

A training system designed to help you move better by improving your mobility, stability, and strength. The system uses a mobility stick as a tool to improve range of motion, muscle activation, coordination, and body awareness to build a strong foundation for enhanced movement.
